Aero Club Airplanes Flown Past 25/50 Oil Change?

A few pilots have asked if this is okay. IAW our SOPs [page 6-1, Maintenance Records (section B.)], "25 & 50 hour inspections are due within the "window" of 5 hours prior to, or 5 hours after due time." However Zoan recommends that the PIC check the airplane maintenance recorders for any ADs which may have come due since the last inspection. Also, there are some pilots who will not fly an airplane when it is past due for anything. This is also a safe practice which should be respected.
Thank you for continuing to operate your club airplanes by the safest practices!
